Our Care Team

Kristin Roos, ND

Dr. Kristin Roos is a licensed naturopathic doctor with a wealth of experience in integrative oncology. She is deeply committed to supporting patients through every phase of their healing journey, using evidence-based natural therapies to reduce side effects, enhance recovery, and promote long-term health and vitality.

Dr. Roos earned her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine in 2015. She went on to complete a hospital-based residency in integrative oncology, where she trained alongside a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care. She further advanced her expertise at City of Hope in Arizona (formerly Cancer Treatment Centers of America), a nationally recognized cancer center. There, she worked with patients at all stages of cancer care—designing personalized treatment plans that integrated naturopathic medicine with conventional oncology.

Throughout her career, Dr. Roos has helped patients manage complex medical needs by collaborating closely with their medical teams. She guides and empowers patients using natural approaches that complement conventional treatments, helping them manage side effects, restore balance, and improve overall well-being. Her experience extends beyond oncology to include working with patients managing autoimmune diseases, fertility challenges, hormonal imbalances, cardiovascular health, and gastrointestinal issues.

Dr. Roos believes that healing is a deeply personal process. She takes time to truly listen and understand each patient’s unique experience with illness—developing individualized care plans that support not only the physical body, but also emotional and spiritual health. Rooted in empathy and compassion, her approach is to walk alongside her patients, offering guidance, encouragement, and unwavering support at every step.

My goal is to empower patients through education, lifestyle changes, and long-term wellness strategies, while remaining committed to the safe and effective use of naturopathic medicine in clinical settings.”  -Dr. Kristin Roos

A passionate advocate for informed decision-making, Dr. Roos equips her patients with the tools and knowledge they need to feel confident and engaged in their treatment choices. Her dedication to whole-person care led her to the Mederi Care® / ETMS model, which blends ancient healing wisdom with modern science. She values the opportunity to collaborate with Mederi’s clinical herbalists to provide individualized herbal treatments that enhance each patient’s conventional cancer care.

Outside of her professional life, Dr. Roos finds balance and joy in the simple moments she shares with her son and their mini Goldendoodle, Gus.

Dr. Roos is a true professional at what she does. She is very thorough with researching your medical condition and is able to give you the very best treatment plan. She listens carefully and really cares about her patients. I cannot say enough how thankful I am to have her as my Naturopathic Doctor.
