All other branded supplements can be ordered for 10% off plus free shipping through Fullscript™, our online distributor partner. Please reference your protocol to find the names of your formulas. Use the sections below to list the Mederi Center Apothecary items referenced "MC" on your protocol (tonics, teas, powders, and topicals). For example, if you are ordering a tonic, complete the "Tonic" sections, and leave the other sections blank. Providing requested details helps to expedite your order.

 

MEDERI CENTER APOTHECARY ITEMS

Items from the Mederi Center Apothecary are tonics, teas, powders, and topicals compounded here at Mederi Center. These include formulas that have been created especially for you, as well as our stock formulas that have been recommended to you. Please complete the below section with as much detail as you can and see examples on how to order each type of product.

TONICS: Custom tonics are typically available in 8oz and 16oz sizes. Mederi Stock formula sizes vary by type (EX: "Custom Daily Tonic, 16oz, Qty 1" or "Clear Airways Tonic, small size, Qty 1").

TEAS: Custom tea formulas are available by the batch. Mederi Stock formula Teas are available in 4oz and 8oz sizes (EX: "Custom Tea Blend, 1 batch" or "Mederi Bronchial Tea, 4oz, Qty 1").

POWDERS & CHINESE GRANULARS: Custom powder formulations are available by the batch. For Mederi Stock Powder formulas please list the size in ounces if you know it, if you do not please indicate if you would like a large or small size (EX: "Custom Powder Blend, 1 batch" or "Mushroom Restore, small, Qty 1").

TOPICALS (Creams and Lotions): List the size you would like in ounces if known. If you do not know the size, please indicate if you would like a large or small. order (EX: "Custom Topical, 1 batch" or "Trauma Gel, 4oz, Qty 1").

MISCELLANEOUS: We also stock the following: Potassium Supplement, Fruit Anthocyanins, and Coconut Milk Powder.

  10. How Can You Access and Correct Your Information? You may request access to all your personally identifiable information that we collect online and maintain in our database by emailing us using the contact form provided to you within the site structure of our website.
  11. Do We Disclose Information to Outside Parties? We may provide aggregate information about our customers, sales, website traffic patterns and related website information to our affiliates or reputable third parties, but this information will not include personally identifying data, except as otherwise provided in this privacy policy.

We are grateful for your donation and support of our organization. If you have made an error in making your donation or change your mind about contributing to our organization please contact us. Refunds are returned using the original method of payment. If you made your donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to that same credit card.
