Partnering in Your Care
We understand that receiving a new diagnosis or finding renewed hope for a chronic condition can bring a lot of questions and uncertainty. We practice collaborative care, which means you can expect to feel fully partnered in your healthcare. Your voice is important to us and can support better outcomes by broadening the possibilities for long-lasting improvements in health. Our approach utilizes natural medicines, nutrition, lifestyle recommendations, and other therapies working together over time. Because meaningful and lasting changes take time, consistency is an important part of the process.
For the best possible outcomes, we encourage patients to stay engaged with their practitioner through regular consultations and to follow the recommendations in their individualized treatment plan. Your practitioner will work with you to determine the appropriate frequency of visits based on your health status, lab results, progress, and individual needs. You can generally expect to meet with your practitioner at least three times per year, and in some cases as often as once a month.
Regular consultations allow your practitioner to monitor your progress, adjust your treatment plan as needed, and provide ongoing support. Just as importantly, they help build the trusting and collaborative relationship that is an important part of your care.
Consultation Rates
We’re committed to providing you with high-quality, personalized care that makes a meaningful difference in your health. Below is an overview of the out-of-pocket investment involved.
Your Initial Consultation
Our Practitioners invest significant time and effort preparing for a new patient’s initial consultation. On average, they will spend up to an hour and a half reviewing your records, labs, and intake form, and researching the specifics of your diagnosis. After your appointment takes place, your practitioner will spend an additional one to two hours creating your customized treatment plan. Despite the extensive time involved in delivering personalized care, we never charge more than 2.5 hours for your initial consult, regardless of the actual time spent on your case.
The rate for our practitioners is $300 per hour. Your initial consultation is capped at $750, which includes:
- A thorough review of your submitted medical records
- A 1.5-hour in-depth consultation focused on your health goals and challenges
- The development of a personalized, integrative treatment plan
This comprehensive approach, which can take up to 4-5 hours, ensures that your care is informed, targeted, and aligned with your individual needs.
Follow-Up Appointments
Follow-ups are generally 60–75 minutes and billed at the same rate of $300/hour, in 15-minute increments. These fees may include time spent reviewing new lab results or other updates in advance, so your appointment time can be used most effectively.
Any additional communication that you initiate with your practitioner between regularly scheduled consultations is considered billable time, including emails. Extra research that you request by your practitioner, or protocol re-writes, may also be billed.
Timing Between Appointments
After each visit, your practitioner will suggest a follow-up timeline based on your treatment plan. This gives you time to implement your therapies and for your care team to assess how your body is responding—maximizing effectiveness and avoiding unnecessary changes.
Cancellation Policy
Canceling your consultation with less than 48-hour’s notice will incur a charge at half of the anticipated cost of your initial or follow-up appointment.

Protocol Costs FAQs
Q: Will I need to purchase supplements or other products as part of my protocol?
Yes. Most individualized treatment plans (protocols) include a tailored combination of supplements, liquid herbal extracts, powders, or topical formulas. Each is carefully chosen to support your unique needs and health goals, and your protocol may be adjusted over time as your healing progresses.
Q: How much should I expect to spend each month on my protocol?
Every treatment plan (protocol) is highly individualized and tailored to each patient’s needs. Costs can vary depending on the nature of your condition and the complexity of your protocol. That said, we know it's helpful to have a general idea of potential investment. For individuals working on general health and wellness, monthly protocol costs often fall between $300 and $500. Those managing chronic health concerns typically spend between $400 and $600 per month. For complex or advanced conditions, including cancer support, monthly expenses may range from $500 to $800.
Q: Are there any subscription plans, specific packages, or recurring charges?
No. We do not have subscription plans and there are no automatic charges or required packages. All protocols are customized to your current needs, and you will always have the opportunity to review costs before making any purchases. You’re in full control of what you choose to order and when.
Q: What if I have a limited budget?
We understand that everyone’s situation is different. Your practitioner will work with you to prioritize the most impactful recommendations and help structure your treatment plan in a way that feels financially manageable.
Q: Will these costs stay the same over time?
Your protocol may change as your body responds, as symptoms resolve, or as new needs arise. Sometimes, initial phases of care may be more intensive, with costs decreasing as things stabilize. Your practitioner will always communicate clearly about any changes to your personalized protocol and make sure you're comfortable with each step of the process.
